brick-hall.xyz is a free service, and as such registration and site features are not restricted.

When signing up to brick-hall.xyz, a personal account will be created under the given username and can be accessed with the given password.
You agree to report any unauthorized access or use of your account to brick-hall.xyz.

Brick Hall is not responsible for any damages, liabilities or losses caused by any unauthorized access of your account.

Community Guidelines

Our staff at Brick Hall work hard to provide an enjoyable and safe environment to all of our users. In doing so, we require that all users, upon registering, agree to abide by our rules completely.
As it is impossible to list every rule, we require all users to act in a civilized tone. Our staff reserve the right to suspend any account for any reason.

• Do not execute any nature of activity which gives you an unfair advantage over another user
This includes "coin farming", "alt hoarding" and other such offenses.
• Do not harass or verbally attack other users.
  This includes hatred, racist, sexist and prejudice remarks.
• Do not use excessive profanity.
  Swearing is considered a privilege on Brick Hall, and you will be punished if you exploit this privilege.
• Do not post material that could be considered spam.
  This includes posting threads with no meaning/little content and recreating existing threads or ones that a staff member has removed.
• Do not post explicit images or links.
  Violating this rule will result in the immediate termination of your account.
• Users are responsible for their own site experience.
  We request that you report anything that offends you or that directly abuses our ToS.
  If a user engages in any offsite activities, we are cannot be held responsible.

All Brick Hall assets, accounts and features are limited to brick-hall.xyz. Any attempt to sell, lend or gift these virtual assets will result in suspension of the user in question. Brick Hall is not responsible for any purchases outside of the platforms we offer.

You can request for your account to be deleted (having all information removed) by emailing [email protected].
Please note that after this action has been taken, it cannot be reversed.

Our staff reserve the right to remove any content uploaded by users.

Our staff are exempt from these rules as their actions are reviewed regularly by higher authority.

Our staff reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account on brick-hall.xyz for any reason.

Payments

All payments made to Brick Hall are used solely for the development of Brick Hall and any excess fees required to host brick-hall.xyz and its features, and hence will be regarded as donations.

When donating, you agree that you are not purchasing or subscribing to a product or content from us and that all gifts are purely virtual.

All payments made to Brick Hall are final. Refunds will only be given in our sole and absolute discretion. If an unauthorized payment was made on your brick-hall.xyz account, you must contact [email protected] as soon as possible.

Brick Hall reserves the right to terminate all accounts related to unauthorized payments.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, claims against Brick Hall related to payments must be submitted within 45 days after the charge was made.

All refunds and donations are made in USD (U.S. Dollars).

If your account is suspended or terminated, you will be offered no refunds to previously made donations.

In the event of brick-hall.xyz becoming no longer accessible, no full refunds will be made.
Memberships or virtual assets provided in return for your donation are gifts, and hence cannot be regarded as a product bought or sold.

Users are responsible for their own purchases, and hence should contact [email protected] if any issues arise.

Intellectual Property

Brick Hall respects the rights of others and we expect the same of our community. brick-hall.xyz complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, hence if your work has been uploaded without your permission, please submit a request to [email protected].

When writing to us, please include the following:

• Contact information (email, phone number, address).
• Evidence of the item on your website.
• Link to the asset uploaded to our website.
• A statement written by you, the complainant, that you have reasonable suspicion that the disputed asset is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, agent, or law.
• A statement written by you, the complainant, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your submission is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the asset involved.
